What is the return policy?
You have 14 days from when your item is delivered to make a return or exchange request. Any returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. If you would like to make a return request please email us at sondrworld@outlook.com, please allow 48 hours for a response from the team.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on sample sale items only.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we do offer worldwide shipping. Delivery times will vary depending on your location.
Do you offer a next day delivery service?
We currently do not offer a next day delivery service on the website however you can drop us a message over on our instagram or via email sondrworld@outlook.com and we will do our best to accomodate.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location. You will always know the shipping price at checkout. UK shipping is £5.99
