What is the return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a refund or credit note. All returns must arrive back to our returns address within this timeframe.
To request a return please email your order number, name and reason for return to sondrworld@outlook.com.
Return conditions:
Items must be unworn, in original condition with tags andn all protective packing intact.
Returns that are not in original condition will not be accepted.
The customer is liable for the shipping cost for the return, we recommend using a tracked service for this as we will not take responsibility for lost items.
Are any purchases final sale?
Items in the sale are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we do offer worldwide shipping. Delivery costs and times will vary depending on your location. Delivery charge will be calculated at checkout and range from £15-£23
Do you offer a next day delivery service?
We currently do not offer a next day delivery service on the website however you can drop us a message over on our instagram or via email sondrworld@outlook.com and we will do our best to accomodate.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location. You will always know the shipping price at checkout. UK shipping is £5.99. We do also run free shipping promotions periodically.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location. UK orders are dispatched within one working day and standard delivery is up to 2 working days.
Custom fees and taxes?
Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to customs, duties, taxes and import fees. These charges are set by your local customs authority and will be collected by the shipping provider.
The customer will be liable for such charges.
